Will more than one physical location be using ASQ Online?*

ASQ Pro is designed for single-site organizations, while ASQ Enterprise is for multi-site organizations.

What tool(s) will you use with ASQ Online?*

Do you need to screen children in a language other than English?*

Do you already have the keycodes for the languages you need for each location that will be using ASQ Online? Keycodes are printed on the ASQ Questionnaire boxes (for English and Spanish) or CD-ROMs (Arabic, Chinese, French, and Vietnamese)?*

Each physical location using ASQ Online will need an original copy of each questionnaire in each language used in the system.

Multiply the number of children in your program by the number of times you screen each year.

Would you like parents and caregivers to fill out ASQ questionnaires electronically at a secure website?*

We offer online completion with ASQ Family Access.

Will you need to transfer data automatically between ASQ Online and your EHR or other online database?*

Our API can interface with many systems. You do not need API to import/export your data manually as needed.

Will you need training for ASQ-3, ASQ:SE-2, and/or ASQ Online?*

We offer regularly scheduled small-group training, as well as customized options tailored to program needs.
